Q1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A：We are an original factory company with true BSCI certificate, we can provide customized service for you, welcome to inquire forODM/OEM cooperation. We are happy to help you realize your ideas!
Q2. Can we get samples to check before placing large quantity?
A: Yes. Before placing order, we can develop and send sample for your quality approval first.
Q3. Can I make the products of my own design or have private logo on the products?
A：Sure, we can customize your own design and logo on the products. Because we can offer custom-made, OEM and ODM service.
Q4. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A：If you choose our stock products, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. If you need a custom design, the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style per color.
Q5. What about the lead time for bulk order?
A：The lead time is about 5-15 working days. But please confirm the exact time with us as different products and quantity will be a little different.
Q6. Which delivery terms do you use? And how about the delivery time?
A：For samples and small order is by express ( DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS), 3-5 working days for delivery. For bulk order is by sea, by air or as customers' request, taking 20-30 working days to finish.
Q7. What kind of payment term do you accept?
A：We accept T/T, Paypal, Credit Card, E-checking, Order Online, Trade Assurance, ect. Full payment for small order, as for big order, we need 30% deposit when you place the order, the balance should be paid before shipping.
