Yichen Crusher Buckets series are designed capable of crushing a wide range of sizes and types of material, It can be used for crushing and recycling of construction waste such as concrete, bricks, asphalt concrete, ceramics, glass, etc. The series provides on-site crushing with reduced transportation and dumpsite costs, offers low maintenance and high performance paired with great usability. 1. high reliability
The Yichen Crushing Bucket adopts an axial piston motor with higher pressure bearing capacity, which can provide greater bite force for the jaw plate and can be used to handle harder materials. Belt drive and overflow valve design effectively protect the motor, extending motors' service life.
2. Wear resistant design
High-strength wear-resistant alloy steel is used for all racks to ensure better wear resistance. In the crushing area of the crushing bucket, the side walls on both sides can be replaced to ensure that the body is not worn.
3. Adjustable discharge
Can output 10-120mm particles. Only one operator is required to adjust the opening on site within 10 minutes.
4. Dust suppression system
YICHEN crusher bucket series product comes with equipped dust suppression system, which can be used as long as the water pipe is connected, and is more conducive to promoting environmental protection operations.
5. Central lubrication system
It can realize the simultaneous lubrication of multiple lubrication points inside the crusher bucket through a one-time operation.
6. Iron separator (Optional)
The magnet can be installed on the body to separate the rebar from the crushed concrete. (The electromagnet only needs 24V voltage of the excavator to work, without external power supply)
