02+C-C02 reacts with palladium carbon catalyst to generate CO2.The remaining 02 in N2 is removed in a deoxygenation tank containing high performance palladium carbon catalyst to remove oxygen impurities. After two steps of cooling and adsorption, water is removed to obtain high-purity nitrogen(99.9995%)
