Ductile Iron Flexible Coupling is a simple, quick and reliable solution for cut grooved pipe joint which allows for
expansion, contraction and deflection and it's widely applied in the water treatment industry, filter system, cooling water
system, fire extinguishing system, Sprinkle Systems and etc

Model D:1'' ~ 12'' ( DN25 ~ DN300)

Maximum Working Pressure :

Model C：
* 600psi ( 42 bar)
Model D：
* 2000psi ( 137 bar)

Working pressure dependent on material, wall thickness and size of pipe

Application:

* Provides a flexible pipe joint which allows for expansion, contraction and deflection

* This product joints standard Sch 40S cut grooved pipe

* Body Material Options : Ductile Iron to ASTM A536

* Rubbe Sealing: EPDM
* Bolt & Nut : Carbon Steel

We have two main product categories, one is Repair Clamps Series and the other is Pipe Coupling Series. Our products are suit for varied kinds of pipeline with the pressure rating up to 1450psi and the medium temperature up to 250℃Our Repair Clamps Series including Stainless Steel Repair Clamps, Ductile Iron Repair Clamps, UPVC Repair Clamps, HDPE Repair Clamps, Split Sleeve Repair Clamps, Type B Sleeves and etc. Our Pipe Coupling Series including Universal Coupling, Flange Adaptor, Dismantling Joint,Gibault Joint, Quick Flange Adaptor, SS Metal Grip Coupling, SS Flex Coupling, SS Plastic Grip Coupling, SS Grooved Coupling,Ductile Iron Grooved Coupling and etc. Our factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters, total existing staff more than 100. We have the team of engineers which have the rich experience in the development of products for pipe joining and leaking pipe repair. We own more than 110 sets of production equipment including 400 tons punching machine, 350 tons stretching machine, laser cutting machine and etc The quality of our poducts are ensured with our advanced testing equipment including salt spray tester,air tightness tester, pulse vibration platform, tensile testing machine and etc. We have the ability to design and develop new products according to our customer'spipe diameter, pressure, medium, temperature .
