  Sylon® organic conductive fibers are prepared by adding conductive media (such as carbon black, metal oxides) into polyester or nylon through composite spinning. Sylon® organic conductive fibers that are resistant to environmental humidity maintain excellent conductivity even in dry conditions. By adding 0.5% to 3% of conductive fibers to chemical fabrics prone to static electricity, static can be eliminated, dust absorption reduced, and garment comfort enhanced. This fiber can be widely used in products such as work uniforms, pants, cashmere sweaters, and conductive silk.


  Metal conductive filaments or silver-plated/copper-plated conductive filaments are materials with lower resistance. Metal conductive filaments such as silver-coated or copper-coated conductive filaments are ideal materials for shielding against microwave radiation. Conductive filaments are primarily used in microwave protection clothing and materials for shielding against microwaves.
