HX180 Automatic Sewing Machine is a compact solution that offers high performance, reliability, and several optional features to meet demanding bookbinders’ requirements. With a running top speed of 180 cycles/min., an extraordinary compact design, with a loading and unloading station only 1 meter apart, only one operator is easy to handle, it offers the highest construction standard and quality that ensure high productivity and a quick ROI.
1. The machine performance design is extremely compact. The distance between the feeding hopper and the book collecting table is only 1 meter, which saves space and makes collecting books convenient and fast.
2.10-inch color touch panel, matched with PLC system, easy to operate.
3. The feeding hopper has large capacity and is comfortable to load.
4. The feed transmission adopts the latest double-fulcrum camshaft arm design, which can make signatures more stable and reduce downtime.
5. For page turning needs, configure three vacuum page turners on the upper and lower sides and long and short side page turners to facilitate high-efficiency production.
6. A special shaper that pre-processes the back of the book before sewing to ensure the quality of the sewing.
7. Thread needles and hook needles can accurately follow the book to ensure the highest thread locking quality.
8. At the book outlet, the book blocks are automatically separated for easy collection.
9. The thread trimming device automatically reduces the thread of the finished book to about 10 mm.
10. This machine has an image taking function, which can effectively prevent wrong order of signatures (optional).
