A: The sample charge is $50.00 per piece, excluding shipping costs which typically range from $30.00 to $50.00, depending on the buyer's location. We accept PayPal for sample charges.
Q: WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME FOR THE FIRST SAMPLE?
A: The production of the first sample usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the sample room's schedule.
Q: WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME FOR BULK ORDERS?
A: Bulk orders typically have a production lead time of 60-90 days, depending on the order quantity and factory schedule.
Q: WHY DOES KEEN DRAGON'S CAPACITY ALLOW FOR 50,000 PCS PER MONTH YET BULK ORDER PRODUCTION LEAD TIME IS 60-90 DAYS?
A: To ensure efficient operation and to avoid financial loss, our factory operates on a production schedule spanning 30-60 days. This means that once an order is placed and deposit is received, production will commence 30-60 days later as we prepare the necessary materials.

A: For sample charges under $300, we prefer PayPal. For amounts over $300 using PayPal, a 5% surcharge will be applied. For bulk orders, we prefer payment via T/T.

A: For sea shipments, we require a 30%-50% deposit (depending on order quantity) with the balance due against the copy of the Bil of Lading.
