A: Yes. We have own factory and professional sculpturer to help you develop the new items.

We also can as per requirements to make the package.
Q2: Do you provide free sample?
A: It depends on the sample value, low value sample, we will send the sample free, freight collected.

If high value sample, we will charge the sample cost, when you place the order we will check and refund the sample cost,

Q3: What is the sample time & production time?
A:Normally, the sample time around a week or 10 days as different items; production time is 35-45 days as differ quantity.
Q4.Custom design and logo adding can be done or not ?
As customers' designs and requirements.
Q5: If the quantity is less than our MOQ?
A: If the quantity is less than our MOQ, we can accept, but the material and labor cost will higher.

And price will higher. Regular we advise order quantity more than 2000pcs, the price will be more competitive.
Q6. How to order ?
1. Send us product pictures, design drawings or samples.
2. Contact us and check our quotation with pic, item NO.,packing details, MOQ.
3. Sign sales contract if we can make a deal.
4. Pay 30% deposit .
5. Confirm samples (For OEM order)
6. Start mass production and we will inform you delivery date.
7. Pay the balance before shipment.
8. Arrange shipment booking ,container loading and customs declaration.
