Q: What's your payment terms?
Re: Regularly doing 30% deposit and balance by T/T, Western Union, other payment terms also can be discussed

based on our cooperation.

Q: If we don't have shipping forwarder in China,would you do this for us?

Re: We can help you find shipping company and way to ensure that you can get the goods in time.

Q: Before shipment, how to ensure product quality?

Re: We have QC department, the two-dimension measuring instrument and three-dimension measuring instrument,

in mass production stage, we will have the special QC and PE engineer to control the product quality. If you don't come

to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection. We will supply you an video for production process detail

include process report, products size, structure and surface detail, packing details and so on.

Q. What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?

Re: If there is quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC Depart-

ment will check the problem and give best solutions to you, namely replace some parts and fittings,etc. Furthermore we

will also take action to improve the quality in the future.
