Multiform nonwoven fabric, is a new type of biodegradable nonwoven fabic, with 70% Wood pulp + 30% PP, produced by advanced dry process , with ultra-fine fibers manufactured by melt blown process & native wood pulp fibers.
Multiform nonwoven fabric, contains macromolecular ultra-slender microfibers with a diameter of 1-5um and native plant fibers with a diameter of 10-25μm, and can add a certain proportion of other functional fibers, polymer water-absorbent resin SAP and other auxiliary materials for different use.

Not only have the characteristics of wrinkle resistance, high stretchability, and water absorption of melt-blown non-wovens and spunlace non-wovens, but also have excellent performance and product variety in softness, fineness,and cleanliness. With it's product advantage: silky soft touch, good care for skin, stronger water absorption & 10 times water absorption, it can be used as base fabric for wet /dry wipes etc.

1. Multiform Non-woven Fabric can be wildly used substitute to the base material of dry/ wet wipe, and can also apply for base material like: for water absorb, industrial filter, sound & heat insulation;
2. Manufacturing whole process is energy saving and without emission,disposal and degradable. This new fabric is consist of three layers:
1st layer: microfibers (15% surface fiber) +
middle layer: high moisture absorbing fiber(70% original wood pulp fiber) +
3rd layer: microfibers (15% bottom fiber)
3. Surface & bottom with ultra-fine fibers manufactured by melt blown process (only 1/8 in diamater of man-made fibers) and natural wood pulp fibers.

A: Above all,you need to contact our team and tell us what you need.We can offer you the samples ASAP. For the first time sample delivery,our clients should pay the freight charge by their own,we can offer sample free of charge.
