1.How's the silk printing effect?
We received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dust free room.Available in high temperature silk print(The paint melt into glass) and low temperature paint(Pass adhesion test).Paint injection for holes,edges & grinding surface.
1)Various patterns and colors.
2)5 colors at most.
3)If the color is not frequently-used, please supply Pantone color code or Ral color code.
2.Should glass be tempered and what's the effect?
It depends on glass sizes/thickness.
To small size/thickness less than 3.2, we recommend chemical tempered(surface toughen by 6-7H).
To bigger size/thickness 3.2 or above, we recommend full thermal tempered.
Base on thermal tempered, the fragmentation test standard/practical sizes & quantity could be set base on different thickness.
The glass flatness could be asked after tempering.
3.What's the glass treatment could meet?
Edge
Flat edge,grind edge,fine polished edge,beveled edge,round edge,hazy edge and others
