--Product Overview--
This training platform is made of components and control units related to the power system of BAIC New Energy EV160 pure electric vehicles. It consists of three platforms interconnected through high and low voltage wiring harnesses, namely: power battery and control system platform, motor drive and controller system platform, and training and testing panel platform; This teaching board can display the composition and working principle of the motor drive system, and dynamically demonstrate the working process of the motor drive system to deepen students' understanding of the structure and working principle of the motor drive system. Applicable to the practical teaching needs of various types of colleges and training institutions for theoretical learning and maintenance training of motor drive systems.
-Main components--
Power battery pack, high and low voltage controllers, motors, motor controllers, drive shafts, brake discs, calipers and pedals, accelerator pedals, voltmeter, movable stand, circuit principle and training panel diagram, supporting user manual, etc.
--Main functions--
1. All components of the motor drive system can fully demonstrate the structure, composition, and working principle of the motor drive system.
2. The following experiments can be conducted:
Motor drive system acceleration and deceleration experiment.
Power battery charging and discharging experiment.
Fault setting, detection, and troubleshooting experiments.
3. The instrument panel can display the charging and discharging status, battery level, vehicle speed, etc. of the power battery.
4. The teaching board panel has a complete circuit schematic and detection terminals, which can be used to detect signal parameters of various components such as voltage, current, resistance, frequency, etc. through instruments and meters.
