 The raw material can be used: wood chips,wood log,wood sawdust,wood wast,grass,straw,corn straw,wheat straw,corn con,rice husk, bamboo, coconut shell and so on. If you use these materials to produce the charcoal briquette, you need to do other works before make them into charcoal briquette.

Here's the brief Introduction Whole lines to make charcoal:

1.Carbonization stove: Making material(sawdust, wood chips, bamboo chips, coconut shell chips, peanut shell etc) into charcoal by carbonization stove.
2. Charcoal crusher machine: Crushing charcoal into charcoal powder(the size less than 2mm)
3.Double shaft mixer machine:Mixing charcoal powder with binder.
4. Mixer machine :Press the charcoal powder into high density,it will be easy to make briquette.
5.Shisha charcoal making machine:Making different shape of charcoal as customer required (round type, square type etc.)
6.Drying machine: Using hot air reduce the moisture to 10-12%.
7.Packing system: Pack different size according to customer required and sell to the market.

First process: Carbonization.

We have three types of carbonization furnace to make the raw materials into charcoal:1.countinuous carbonization furnace;2.Hoisting carbonzing furnace;3.Horizontal carbonizing furnace.

1.The countinuous carbonizing furnce is suitable for small piece raw materials, such as sawdust, rise husk palm shell, walnut shell ,etc. The suitable size and moisture of the raw materials must be:size<6mm, moisture<12%, if the moisture is hight,it will generate a lot of water, thus will lead the furnace tempature can't be up, and then it will affect the carbonization effect.

2.The Hoisting carbonzing furnace and Horizontal carbonizing furnace are suitable for big size raw materials, like the bomboo, coconut shell, wood, wood stick etc. The fuel of these two furnace can be wood,briquette and natural gas.

After the carbonization process, you will need a grinder to grind the charcoal into powder to be pressed into different shape charcoal birquette.

If you want to add some binder into the charcoal powder, then you will need a mixer machine to mix the charcoal powder and the binder more evenly. 

Its process just like it in below picture:

After grinding and mixing, it will come to the main stage, press the charcoal powder into charcoal briquette. For the charcoal briquette making machine, we have many types, we will introduce it to you one by one.

1.The normal Roller press ball machine.

This machine is specially used to press the materials, like Coal powder, ore powder, blue coal, coke, coal slime into ball shape. The final product shape is oval, and its diameter can be from 30mm-60mm, customer can choose the size they want in that range.

2.The hydraulic roller press ball machine.

The difference between the normal one and this hydraulic one is this hydraulic ball machine has a hydraulic on it, it's used to press the materials which is diffcult to be pressed into shape, if you use this hydraulic ball machine, there's no need to add any binder to be shaped.

3.Hydraulic charcoal briquette making machine.

This kind of hydraulic press machine is designed for making briquette from powder and fine material, such as charcoal powder, mineral powder, fertilizer, coke dust, coal dust, etc.

It is consist of customized mold, PLC system, hydraulic pump, output conveyor, feeding hopper.

With the approach sensor switches, the height of mold can be adjusted, so that we can make briquette with different height.

Also mold of this hydraulic machine can be changed for different shape of briquettes. And we can design the mold according to your requirement, such as round shape, hexagonal shape, square shape, special shape, etc.

4.Extruder briquette machine

The Extruding Briquette Machine is used to make stick shape charcoal and coal briquette from charcoal dust or coal dust.

Diameter of the briquette made by the extruding machine from 10 mm to 50 mm, length is adjustable by cutting. This machine can be used for both BBQ charcoal and Shisha charcoal.

Molds of this machine can be changed, so that we can produce different shapes of briquette by one machine.

5.Stainless steel hydraulic briquette making machine.

This kind of hydraulic press machine is designed for making briquette from powder and fine material, such as charcoal powder, mineral powder, fertilizer, coke dust, coal dust, etc. The machine is stainless steel material.

It is consist of customized mold, PLC system, hydraulic pump, output conveyor, feeding hopper.
