Our fault, we re-make for you for free or provide discount, even refund if you request.
Your fault, you will afford the extra cost if you want to re-make.
Both fault, afford the re-make cost together, or we provide you a some discount because of our part fault.

4. Broken or lost when shipping
Please take photos and tell the express for the complain, then send pictures to us, we'll help you to claim for compensation from express, and then, re-make for you or send you compensation.

Sellers afford the tax exporting from China, and buyers afford the importing tax of their own country, according to international practice.
