What's Sodium Saccharine Powder？
Saccharin sodium, an organic compound with the chemical formula C7H4NNaO3S, is a food additive, soluble in water, 200 to 500 times sweeter than sucrose in dilute solution, with a bitter taste when the concentration is large, and the sweetness disappears when heated under acidic conditions.
