4) Remote teaching : All our equipment is equipped with a remote control system, so if your operators are not clear or familiar with it, we realize a remote system to teach you the full operation until you can use it and can assist you remotely when you need it subsequently.
Q4.How long is the delivery time?
According to client's specific requirements. Normally, it would be 4 to 10 days.
Q5. Quality Control:
The whole production procedure will be under regular inspection and strict quality control. The complete machine will be tested to make sure they can work very well before being out of factory.
Q6. Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
Yes.For FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
Q7: What's your payment terms? Delivery time and MOQ?
A: We accept T/T(bank transfer), L/C, Paypal, West union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Usually we need 30% as deposit, balance paid before shipment.
Q8: How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
A1:When you send us an inquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as wavelength, out put power and order quantity. We will send you the quotation with complete details soon.
Q9: If the machine has problem in my place, how could I do?
A1:The laser has one year warranty. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client's feedback. We can repair for free within one year warranty.
A2:Telephone after-sales follow-up teaching and guidance. After all the above processes are practiced, if there are still problems encountered later, we will set up a special after-sales service group, and will arrange two technicians into the group, if the operators do not understand any problems, in the group consultation, to maintain a timely answer to your questions, to ensure that your production progress .
