Our products lead time is 4-12 days after the payment up to the order quantity,2-5 days sample time,4-8 days lead time for order under 50 pieces.
5.What is your MOQ (minimum quantity)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece,we welcome personal customer .
6. How can I send my graphic file to you ? Which format do you prefer?
To reach the idea quality,please send your design in Clear JPEG /PDF or PNG more than 300 Pixel ,AI, CDR, PSD. You can send us your design in Alibaba、Email、WhatsApp ,any way you please.
7.Is it possible to get a sample before ordering the bulk order?
Yes, we will charge the sample fee ,the costs can be refund later on in bulk order ,it will take us 2-5 days to finish it.
8.Is your product good quality?
