Spray retort sterilizer
Spray sterilization autoclaves are currently the most versatile type of sterilization autoclaves in terms of application scenarios. By combining both steam and spray systems, they leverage the advantages of both. Typically, spray sterilization autoclaves consist of two tanks connected in parallel, with a larger tank at the bottom for storing materials and sterilization, and a smaller tank for storing and preheating water. Since spraying serves as a medium for steam conduction rather than the main sterilization method, the water storage required is not substantial. However, spray sterilization autoclaves must be connected to an external steam device, with steam entering the tank along with the spray to ensure even distribution of heat throughout the larger tank.
