Q:What is your payment terms?

A: For samples, we can accept Paypal and Western Union; For orders,T/T,30% deposit and balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.

Q: What is your price?

A: If you have samples, we will quote once receiving your samples; If you don't have samples, kindly offer us the Size, the colour, the Weight and the Material for your soles.

Q: Can I get the samples for free?

A: If we have sample at hand, we can send it to you for free, but you will have to pay for the express charge; If we don't have samples at hand, then you will have to pay to make you new ones.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: 500pairs per color.

Q: What is your lead time

A: That depends.Normally 7-10 days for mould opening and 10-15 days for production.

Q: Can you customize my orders? A: Yes,OEM and ODM are both acceptable.

Q: Can you print my logo on the soles?

A: Yes, but you will have to offer us the certificate of authorization ;
