Mian Features
1.The overall structure has a unique style and is commonly used in welding operations of automotive fuel tanks. The body is designed for impact resistance, seismic resistance, and high rigidity, and is finely processed by machinery to meet the installation and load strength of various components. Multiple reinforcement ribs have been welded inside the frame to ensure the rigidity of the equipment and minimal deformation during the welding process, ensuring the stability of welding and the safety of manual use.
2. The upper electrode is pressurized by an auxiliary cylinder, which makes stroke adjustment convenient and accurate, making the workpiece operation stroke continuously adjustable.
3. The spare dedicated gas storage tank for welding machines is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
4. The upper electrode moves vertically up and down in the linear guide rail, with high precision in repeated positioning. So as to make the solder joints accurate.
5. The number of welding steps and the number of welding points per step can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the welding parameters for each step can be set separately. It can be flexibly set according to the product current requirements to improve efficiency.
6. The electrode pressurization is stable and fast: the aluminum alloy cylinder, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring combination cylinder work stably.
7. Energy saving and efficient welding power supply: The welding controller adopts a commercial intermediate frequency controller, which is reliable in quality, stable in operation, and easy to operate.
8. All waterway components are made of stainless steel and equipped with a visual water flow display, which is conducive to monitoring the cooling situation of the electrode head and preventing the electrode head from overheating and reducing its lifespan; The main water inlet is equipped with a water filter to prevent blockages in the waterway.
