Products Introduction
The ZW series self priming sewage pump integrates self suction and non clogging sewage discharge. It can not only be used like a general self suction clean water pump without the need for bottom valves or irrigation water, but also extract pollutants, sediments, waste ore impurities, fecal treatment, and all engineering wastewater containing large particle solid blocks and long fibers. Widely used in underground drainage of mines and industries such as light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, municipal sewage, and river pond aquaculture, it is currently the most ideal impurity pump for pumping suspended media containing solid particles, fibers, slurries, and mud. Environmental temperature ≤ 45 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 60 ℃. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron pumps and 1-14 for stainless steel pumps. The maximum diameter of the particles is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter. The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total mass of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium shall not exceed 1240kg/m ³.
