such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finish and all other required info.
Q2: Can we get some samples? Free or any charges ?
Yes, you can get free samples if we have some in stock. If the sample needs to be customized, then some sample cost is needed.
Q3: Can I have my custom size, logo & design?
Of cause, we make products of OEM as well as ODM. Please just provide your artwork.
Q4: What format of the artwork do you prefer ?
AI, PDF or CDR.
Q5: Can you provide some design support ?
Yes, we can provide some design support, we have a professional design team who have rich experience in printing and packaging for
years. Just tell me your ideas and we will help to put your idea into reality.If you have your own design, then we provide the
die-cut for the artwork.
Q6: What's the sample time and mass production lead time ?
For samples, 1 day for stock sample available, 2 days for digital printed sample, 5~7 days for offset printed samples. For mass
production lead time, can be 7 days to meet urgent demands, 15 days for small order, 25~30 days for larger order, it depends for
super large order.
Q7: What shipping mode can we choose ? How about the shipping time ?
For small order, by air express like DHL,UPS,TNT, FedEx, EMS, etc, about 3-7days. For big order, by normal air freight, about 7-12
days, by sea about 35 days.
Q8: Which port can we choose for delivery ?
Mainly Shenzhen & Guangzhou port, but other ports in China can also be acceptable.
Q9: What's the trade term and payment term ?
EXW, FOB, CIF and other negotiable terms. Payment made by TT, Paypal, Western Union, LC, Trade Assurance, etc.
Q10: How can you guarantee your quality?
Normally we will send you a sample for confirmation before mass production, then we follow the same quality for mass production.
