The mechanical seal of 2BV water ring vacuum pump is imported, and the seal can be made of fluororubber or polytetrafluoroethylene
Compared with the same type of domestic SK, 2SK, SZ Water ring vacuum pump, it has the following characteristics:
·2BV water ring vacuum pump is designed with coaxial direct connection, which saves space and is easy to install.
·2BV water ring vacuum pump adopts imported mechanical seal as standard configuration.
·2BV water ring vacuum pump is equipped with cavitation protection pipe interface. If it works under pressure, opening the cavitation protection pipe interface (or connecting with the separator) can eliminate the cavitation sound under the condition of limited suction effect and protect the pump.
·Aluminum bronze impeller has high strength and durability, and enhances the corrosion resistance of 2BV water ring vacuum pump. If the flow passage parts are made of stainless steel, they can work in more severe environment.
·Flexible exhaust port design, no over compression, 2BV water ring vacuum pump in its performance range of high efficiency.
·Y2 series motor with protection grade of IP54 and IP55 (common IP44)
·2BV water ring vacuum pump adopts NTN or NSK imported bearing

3、 Scope of application
2BV water ring vacuum pump is suitable for removing gas and steam. The suction pressure can reach 33 mbar (97% vacuum degree). When transformer oil is used as working fluid (called oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar (99.3% vacuum degree), which can completely replace the reciprocating vacuum pump. When the liquid ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the suction pressure close to the vacuum, the cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump and eliminate the cavitation sound. When used as a compressor, the pressure is up to 0.26mpa. When used as a compressor, the power of 2BV pump will be caused by the increase of discharge pressure. When ordering, the discharge pressure should be indicated to select the appropriate motor power.
2bv2 ex and 2bv6 series water ring vacuum pumps / compressors are mainly used to remove gas and work in various flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters are the same as those of 2bv2 and 2bv5 series.

According to the working conditions, the flow passage parts of 2BV series stainless steel vacuum pump: pump body, pump cover, disc and impeller can be made of SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9), SUS316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2) and SUS316L (00Cr17Ni14Mo2), and the material of pump shaft is 2Cr13 or 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti
