Dipentene Application
Dipentene is used in chemical synthesis as a precursor to carvone and as a renewably based solvent in cleaning products. Dipentine is used as a perfumery composition for soaps, personal care products and cosmetics. Dipentene is used as an interate for terpene resins, carvone, terylene, and rubber chemicals. Dipentine is used as an oils dispersant, metal dryer. Dipentine is used as a substitute for chlorinated solvents in degreasing metals for cleaning in the electronic industry and the printing industry while it can also be used as starting material for the synthesis of terpene resin. alpha-Limonene has been used as a gallstone solubilizer in aceutical industry.
Dipentene Storage
Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
