Product Description
KT-206 is suitable for all kinds of tubes cleaning. The cleaning scope covers the air preheaters, power plant condensers, air preheaters, gas coolers, kinds of heat exchanger tubes and other industrial tubes.
Equipped with flexible shaft
* Applicable duct range is 6.35mm-800mm
* Easily clean hard blocked tubes
Hard alloy drill
* Hard alloy drill has a wide bearing surface
* Stronger dredge, faster cleaning
Air/water flushing modes
* Air blast cleaning without water operation, can blow broken dirt out from the tubes.
* Water flush cleaning can wash the dirt away from the tubes, so that the tubes are cleaned thoroughly.
Torque is adjustable
* Different flexible shafts with different torques, so as to protect the flexible shaft.
* Extend the service life of flexible shaft
0-2800rpm stepless adjustment
* The recommended rotation speed is 1000-2000rpm for non-blocked tubes and 2000-2800rpm for blocked tubes.
Two flexible shafts work simultaneously, double the cleaning efficiency
* Spindle and auxiliary shaft can work at the same time. They do not interfere with each other and can be stopped and run at will.
