A: We mainly produce all kind of paper packaging products like paper boxes, paper bags, paper envelopes and paper tubes. And the paper printing products like books,notebooks, paper cards,paper stickers,paper folders...
Q: When we creat the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
-The popular ones: PDF, AI
Q: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
- Generally,5-7 days for samples making
- The lead time of mass production will depends on quantity, production art etc.
For the reference, we could produce 600,000pcs poly mailers in half a month .
Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
- No.We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution etc will depend on your requests.
- Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
Q: Do you inspect the finished products?
--Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before shipping.
Q: How do you ship the finished products?
- By sea (35-45 days,low price,but slow ,suitable for big volume)
- By plane (15-20days,most of our clients choose this way)
- By courier, TNT,DHL, UPS,FEDEX etc. (3-7days,fast but expensive,use for small goods)
- You can ask your own shipping company pick up goods from our factory , too
Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
-We will update the tracking NO. once shipped.
Q: which payment method you can accept?
-We accept T/T.western union and alibaba Tade Assurance for the payment method.
