Delivery&Trade Terms  

1) We can ship e-bikes to buyers by railway or by sea .Usually it will take 45~60 days.  

1) For EXW price, Customers designated their on forwarder to pick up cargo from own warehouse.

2) For CIF/FOB price, We arrange the shipment to customers' named warehouse, including the local Chinese custom clearance, local charges. Customers is responsible to handle the terminal local charges and Custom Clearance.

3) For DDU/DDP price, We arrange the shipment to customers' named terminal warehouse address, including all the custom clearances of both sides and all port charges. Customers need to cooperate with our logistic forwarder agent to finish the clearance and TARIFF payment. 

 4), For DDP price , we deliver the bikes to buyer’s address , do customs clearance and pay all the tax for buyer.

Material:Carton package and plastic film packaging, carton packaging outside.

1.Our factory has been passed ISO certification and we can provide CE certification.

2.For small quantity , buyer pay 100% payment and we ship the bikes to buyer . For large quantity ,We accept 40% deposit before preparing goods and ship the goods as soon as the 60% rest payment is finished.

4.We can produce bicycle products according to your request including logo.

Q.1: Where is your company located? How can I visit there? 

A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen City, Guanddon Province, China. Welcome to visit us. 

Q.2: How is the packing? 
A: Generally, we pack our goods in paper cardboard boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the

 goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q.3: What is your terms of payment? 
A: T/T or Credit Card or Paypal or Western Union .
Q.4: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP.
Q.5: How long is the lead time?
A: For small quantity, around 7~15 days.

For large quantity , around 30~45 days

A: For large quantity, we can customize color,  logo,  style,  package,  carton mark, configuration, as buyer required.

A: Yes.  We can supply sample.  And you need to pay for the sample and freight.  within 7days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.
