1) Q: Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are manufacturer in Shantou city from China ,which is a factory specialized in plastic&stainless steel production
2) Q: What is your MOQ ?
A : Factory customize MOQ 3000 pcs per color / item.
Also can be accept lower quantity as trail order .Pleae feel free to contact us and let us know your request.
We would like to check and try our best to support .
3) Q: Can we combine many items assorted in one container in first order ?
A: Yes . But the quantity for each order item shoube be reach factory MOQ.
4) Q: Can we make printing on the products ?
A: Yes ,sure. All products support to customize with printing. Printing ways : silkscreen printing and heat transfter printing and 3D printing.
5) Q: What is normal lead time?
A: For stock products. Goods can be send about 7~10 days after receive the payment.
For normal order . Delivery time about 30~35 days when confirm all the detail and receive deposit.
6) Q: What is delivery time of samples?
A : For existing samples : can be arrange send out within 3 days when confirm.
For customize samples : can be arrange send out within 7 days when receive payment.
By the way . The freight of sample shipment is on buyer's account.
7) Q: What is the payment way /term ?
A : Normal payment way : T/T , trande assurance order on Alibaba , L/C , Paypal are accepted.
