A:We are a factory with export license.

2. Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 4 hours bus ride from Shanghai .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us.

3. Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

4. Q: Can you accept OEM make? 
    A: OK.We can make your brand and design of the blister card, inner box and master carton, and also can make the packing as per your request.  

5. Q: Where can I put my logo?
    A: We can print your logo in the toothbrush handle, blister card, inner box and master carton. 

6. Q: What are your MOQ? 
    A: Blister card packing: 10000 pcs.      
        

7. Q: What are your terms of payment? 
    A: 1) T/T(30% in advance, the balance by the copy of B/L).    
         2)For small order less than USD 5000, in order to saving the bank transfer forboth of us, 

we  need 100% in advance. 

8. Q: How long is the delivery time? 
    A: For the MOQ – 40 HQ, the leading time is about 25-30 days.
