Q5: Do your company deal in reteiling business?
A: Most of our products are sold to the foreign countries, and in China market,we only do the wholesale but not retail, so we do not offer to personal or family.
Q6: Are these lovely pieces of porcelain art dishwasher / microwave safe?
A: Yes, they most certainly are! They are fired in the kiln at 1100 to 1350 C. Such a high temperature also making them durable and lasts a lifetime.
Q7: Are these lovely pieces of tableware free of lead and cadmium?
A: Yes. All of our good should be analyzed by CIQ for extractable lead and cadmium using method ASTM C738-94. It's not allow to export if the lead and cadmium beyond permit.
Q8:What's your minimum order?
A: Normally, 800 pcs or set for the exist bathroom set, 800 pcs or set for the tableware item. Negotiable depending on your specific items.
Q9: How long does it take to receive an order?
A: Depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Generally it requires around 40-60 days to produce new items with quantity of a 20' container load. Work begins promptly upon receipt of your order and payment.
