A:We custom Medals, Challenge coins,Key chain, Belt Buckles, Cufflinks, Bottle opener, Tie clip , Car Emblem, Dog tags, Ring, etc.
Q3:What's process do we suggest if I want to do cheap but high quality lapel pins?
A: It is better to choose Iron material and hard enamel process. If more than 2 inches, Zinc alloy is the best choice.
Q4:What format of design drawings do we accept?
A: Adobe Illustrator file is the best, but PDF, PS, PNG JPEG also is OK.
Q5:What is the MOQ
A: Our MOQ is 10 pcs.
Q6: What's the order process?
A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)> Approval (you) >
full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me)

Q8: Can I get a product sample?
A3: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check,If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.

A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q10: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A6: the production time is about 16 days , and shipping time is 5 days. when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
Q11: Can you offer the photos of production before production ?
Usually we make production directly according to approved artworks, it can save sample time and additonal sample fee, and we will send products photos to you before shippment.
Q12: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
A8-1: If you provide wrong info and cofirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford
to re-make them.
