    G series Gravel pumps are designed specifically for continuous pumping of extremely aggressive gravels, slurries, with a wide particle size distribution. They are capable of handling large particles at consistently high efficiency which results in low cost of the ownership. The large volume internal profile of pump casing reduces associated velocities and further increase component life.

Structure 

1. Special material design for the pump casing and impeller, with the features of abrasion resistant.

2. Unique segmented clamp ring is suitable for larger size solid through smaller pumps. Discharge can be rotated to any angle, and provide a easy installation on site.

3. Specially designed and shaped impeller vanes allows the handling of extra large particles. The unique casing design and sealing vanes prevent abrasive solids intrusion at the sealing faces.

4. The large, robust casing is designed to reduce internal velocities resulting in minimum efficiency loss and improved casing wear life. The casing is made up of three components to reduce down time and costs associated with a one piece design.

    For big pump set, wood box will not be an option, thus it will be sent bare packed in container.
