After signing the NDA, we started communication and adjustments with the engineers and the customer. Over a period of three years, we organized up to 30 video conferences, and there were even thousands of emails exchanged. During this period, the teams of both sides actively and repeatedly discussed the details of the movement. After a series of processes
such as design, prototype testing, mold opening, and technical testing, even though the customer continuously raised requirements, we also actively cooperated. Eventually, our movement successfully met the customer's requirements. With the joint efforts of everyone, the customer's product was highly popular after being launched to the market. The market feedback was excellent, the quality was stable, and there were few after-sales problems.

Developing Story 2： One More special Design Mica Heater design Solution for ELIAH heated ceiling lamp - The light and heat combination
In 2019, when we received the demand from the ELIAH team that they wanted to newly design a bathroom lamp with heating function, our engineers immediately held a meeting with the customers to discuss and optimize the product design based on our existing technical conditions and the safety regulations requirements of the market according to the customers' design demands. After design verification, Mica heaters prototype, technical tests, and mold opening, we successfully solved the problem for the customers.
