The A1 motor boasts a maximum speed of 2500 rpm, while the door body can operate at a maximum speed of 1.95 m/s. This ultra-high-speed motor ensures heightened efficiency.
The A1 series fast door machine is highly responsive, boasting a door opening speed from 0 to 1.9 m/s in just 500 milliseconds. Within this range, adjustments can be made as needed, and smooth slow starts and stops can be easily configured, effectively reducing wear and tear on the entire door system.
Equipped with high-precision encoders and utilizing closed-loop vector control algorithms, it precisely calculates and controls the speed, torque, and position of the door body, ensuring precise and flexible door operation. Even during acceleration, there is no jarring impact on the door body, resulting in an extended lifespan.
The waterproof and dust proof design of aviation plugs ensures the stability and reliability of the connection. Capable of withstanding vibration, temperature changes, and other environmental factors, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment. Specific shaped sockets and pins prevent incorrect connections.
