A	When you see a product you are interested in, send an inquiry to our sales staffs.
B	Preliminary communication before giving a pro forma invoice. This includes, but is not limited to: determining the quantity and unit price of the product, terms of shipment of the goods and freight charges, method of payment and lead time for delivery, etc.
C	Our sales staff will send you a pro forma invoice or generate an Alibaba order to confirm the transaction details.
D	After you have made the payment, a production notification/shipping notice will be issued to the production department/warehouse when the company's finance department confirms the payment has been received.
E	In the case of large customized orders, we will notify the surveyor to inspect the goods one week before the delivery period. If you have a designated inspector, please let us know one week prior to the delivery period
F	Delivery of goods at the agreed time
G	After receiving the goods, please give us feedback, which will help us to improve our service quality. We will provide free samples for regular customers who have placed several orders (shipping cost to be paid yourself).

1. Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?

We are professional sex toy manufacture & trader. We have over 40 self-developed and self-produced sex toys. However, if the products from our factory do not meet all your needs. We have professional purchasing team to find the sources you want and help you negotiate the price.

2. Can I get free samples?

Yes, you can request free samples from our company. We usually provide free sample service for customers who have placed regular wholesale orders. If you are a new customer of our company, you will be responsible for the cost of the samples when placing your first order and will be given a credit on your next wholesale order.

3.What payment terms you accept?

- Sample Orders: Payment through Alibaba Trade Assurance is our company's preferred method of payment, which ensures the security of our transactions and the fulfilment of our products.

- Mass orders: we usually require our customers to pay a 30 % deposit in advance via T/T and the final payment before shipment (subject to negotiation).

4. What services you will provide?

- OEM: You can choose your own design to be manufactured by us, or you can inform our R&D team to design the product for you to enhance the exclusivity and competitiveness of your product.

- Grouping service: We fully understand that customers have a need for horizontal expansion of their products, especially some e-commerce type companies. We have been in the industry for 7 years and have 50+ closely co-operating manufacturing companies producing. We can help you assemble the goods you need at first-hand prices and deliver them to you through one-time logistics.

5.Do you offer a warranty?

- Yes, there is a defect rate in any product when it is manufactured, and we will carefully screen to avoid defective items being sent out before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item, we will offer two ways of compensation after confirming that it is non-human damage:
1. A refund of the equivalent amount based on the number of defective products.
2. Replacement of the product, but the shipping cost needs to be borne by you.
This compensation policy is only valid within three months of your receipt of the goods.

6: What methods of payment do you support？

- Currently, our company recommends T/T payment and does not support RMB as the transaction currency. For small sample orders, we support you to pay by credit card.
