The FLY series rotary screen separator is a supporting equipment used in the cottonseed oil cleaning process. After the cottonseed is hulled through this machine, the hull and kernel can be separated, thereby obtaining process performance suitable for embryo rolling, steaming, and oil pressing.

- Screening effect: (Test conditions: cottonseed kernel content ≥ 50%)

  - Hull kernel content rate does not exceed 0.5%;

  - Kernel hull content rate does not exceed 16%.

 1. Production time?
The production time of different products is different, so you need to consult the sales manager.
2. Packaging?
About LCL: We will use export standard wooden box packaging.
Regarding the entire container: We use the most appropriate packaging to ensure the integrity and safe transportation of the equipment.
3. After-sales service?
12 months from the date of completion of commissioning of the equipment, or 18 months from the date of shipment of the equipment (the shipment date can be determined based on the date of the bill of lading), whichever comes first. Consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.
