2:Q: How large room space need every game room?

  A:Normally 20-50 square meters, also can customize as space room;

3:Q:Do you support different language of the game and management system?

  A: Standard version is English and Chinese, accept customization different language.

4:Q:How much need invest?

  A: Normally can choose one Grid game only or different rooms.

5:Q: Do you have management system and bracelet?

  A:Yes, we support to sell the whole Activate game software, hardware, management system, Ranking, tickets, scores…

6:Q: Can you make CAD design for buyer’s space room?

  A: Yes, we can make CAD design as exact space room size.

7:Q: Can you make decoration design for buyer’s place?

 A:We also can assist to make decoration that is for extra.

8:Q: Can you customize the game software and hardware?

 A:Yes, Kydavr accept customize software with hardware.

 9:Q:How to install?

  A: Kydavr will send detail CAD design, electronic design, installation manual, buyer can install by electronic engineer; or Kydavr can provide on-site technical support and installation as well as training once the goods are delivered at destination.

10:Q:How is warranty?

  A:Hardware is one year warranty, software for life time(The first year is for free, pay extra software service cost extra from the second year.)
