Widely used in electric power steel , building material , kiln and chemical industries which need to deal with large air volume , high temperature , poor working condition , can be used in various complex conditions according to the bag type selection .
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
Structure and Principle
Dust air goes into filter space through inlet which equipped with suction valve from air flue , dust trapped on the surface of bags when dust air passes , filtered clean gas from the bag inside , goes by upper housing and lift valve discharged into the chimney from outlet flue by draught fan , eventually enter into desulfurization tower or discharged into atmosphere .
With filter proceeding , dust layer on bag outside surface is thickening continuously , make internal and external differential pressure of the bag increasing , once achieve the predefined parameter value , PLC automatic control system will signal for offline or online ash removal , at the moment pulse valves open , outer dust breaks away from bags under the effect of injection air falls into ash hopper , dust in ash hopper will be discharged through conveying system
The whole filter system is controlled by PLC operating instrument , this system can be controlled by automatic , timing , constant pressure or manual . DML system of power plant dust collector is with built - in bypass system convenient service and maintenance .
