Auto disable syringe
Safety Auto Destruct Syringe is a type of syringe designed with safety features to prevent accidental needlestick injuries and reuse. This syringe has a mechanism that automatically retracts the needle into the barrel of the syringe after use, making it impossible to reuse the syringe or expose the user to the contaminated needle.
The safety mechanism is activated by depressing a plunger or sliding a sheath over the needle after the injection. This action causes the needle to retract back into the syringe barrel, preventing any accidental needlestick injuries or reuse. The syringe is then rendered unusable and safe for disposal.
