Q3:Can you produce plastic parts based on our samples?
A3:Yes, we can make 3D drawings based on your samples to produce plastic parts making.
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A4: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the first trial samples, 30% mold
balance after you agree the final samples.
A4: Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A5:Usually mold processing will takes 3-7 weeks depending on the parts' complexity& sizes. Mass production usually takes 1-3 weeks based on order quantity.
Q6: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A6: We will offer you DFM report and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
