2. Does your battery pack include BMS? Can we use it for car?
Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low speed car only or aux.power for standard car. Do not use it for standard car directly, that will need more complex design BMS for the pack.

3. What functions does your battery pack support?
Our battery pack can support customized Bluetooth monitoring function, RS485 or CAN-bus communication function.

4. How Do I confirm the high quality of the battery pack from you?
All of battery pack use brand new battery cells and the grade is A.We will test all the battery Voltage ,Internal resistance and capacity before delivery.

5. What are there included for a battery or pack , may I buy charger from you?

Battery case, BMS, battery pack, can buy customzied connector, charger 

6. How long frequency does recharge the battery?
Usually per 2 months to recharge the battery pack , to charge full the battery depends on the charger current you use. 20A charger can charge full for 12V 100Ah battery in 5 hours, fast charger 50A in 2 hours.

7. What's the sample lead time, and bulk order delivery. How long I can get it?
Fast delivery: If small quantity, can be finished in 3-5 days days after payement, bulk in 10-25 days depends on the quantityShipping: sample order or small battery packs, we can ship by express through Fedex, UPS, TNT etc. If whole parcel over 50KG, can ship by air or by sea, sea shipping is more cheaper. Customer can tell your nearest airport name and sea port name for sales person to check the best option for you.

8. What is your warranty?
We offer 2-5 years warranty for all our battery pack for different situation. We ensure at least 3500 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means, after 3500@85% DOD, there will still around 60% capacityt left. You can use it for at least 10 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.

9.Can I customize the size of battery?
Of course yes if yourquantity MOQ workable.

10. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourself?
Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention;
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put inparallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2> Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3> Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
4>  If you are not professional in parallel and series batteries, please don't handle the battery by yourself. It may cause danger and hurt the cycle life of battery.
