5. c. The grass guiding part adopts double-roller feeding, uses a combination of gears and cross sliders to rotate. It improved the flexibility of the beating of the grass roller ,reduced the resistance of grass feeding , andincreased the feeding amount.
6. Use and maintenance
7. a. Install the motor according to the power provided. The outer end of the motor wheelandthe hay cutter wheel must be on the same plane. The belt should be properly adjusted, not too loose or too tight.
8. b. Install the feeding hopper, check whether the fastening screws of each part are loose, cover the machine cover, tighten the gland bolts, and turn the pulley by hand to see if the rotation is flexible and there must be no friction or collision.
9. c. After the installation is completed, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the oil injection pipe, gears, and cross
slidesof the board, and then do an idling test. Pay attention to whether the steering is correct, and then it can work
normally.
10. d. Regularly check the fastening bolts of each component, especially whether the moving blade, bottom blade, and fastening bolts are loose. Add a proper amount of lubricating oil to the oil pipe, gears and cross slides on the boardregularly ,usually every 2-3 hours.
11. Matters needing attention
12. a. The working site of the machineshould be spacious and equipped with reliable fire prevention facilities.
13. b. The motor should be selected according to the power of the machine, and a protective cover should be installed on the transmission part. It is not allowed to increase the speed of the main shaft, and it is not allowed to remove the protective devices of each part at will.
14. c. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without covering the machine cover and loading the hopper, and it is
strictly forbidden to turn it upside down.
15. d. The operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, and it is strictly forbidden to put hands into the machine, and the machine cover must not be opened during operation or when the machine is not stopped.
16. e. It is strictly forbidden to start the load.When the feeding is blocked, it is forbidden to force the feeding by hand, and
it should be stopped immediately for inspection. Feed in an appropriate amount and evenly. If there is semi-wet forage that is not dry, it is best to dry it and reduce the amount of feed.
17. f. If there is an abnormal sound response during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and it is forbidden to troubleshoot while the machine is running.
18. g. Young people under the age of 16, old people over the age of 55, and those who have not mastered the rules of using the machine are not allowed to operate or work alone. Ladies should wear work caps to prevent long hair from being brought into the machine.It is strictly forbidden for operators to start work when they are drunk, sick or overtired
19. h. Both the movable blade and the bottom blade can be adjusted. If need to sharpen the blade, the blade must be straightened.The best gap between the movable blade and the blade is 0.3mm. When replacing the fasteners of the moving blade or fixed blade, ordinary fasteners shall not be used instead.
20. i. If do not operate according to the requirements and cause an accident, you will be responsible for all consequences.
