The advantages of our metering pump and diaphragm pump
1: More than 90% of the metering pumps on the market require special liquid lubricating oil when used, and the motor's forward and reverse rotation needs to be adjusted when starting up and running. Otherwise, the motor is prone to burning out. Our metering pump adopts advanced structural design, and we do not need to add lubricating oil for 4 to 5 years. During long-distance transportation, there will be no damage to the packaging or equipment due to oil leakage, and the motor does not need to adjust its forward and reverse rotation,it won't burn out.
2: The PTFE coating in the membrane is made of Japanese Daikin M112 powder through special nanoparticle processing. The membrane has better drawing times and elongation than its peers, and is revived by special rubber and vacuum vulcanization technology. The membrane is not easily damaged in normal use, with fewer vulnerable parts in the later stage and low maintenance costs.
3: The ball seat of the pump is made of PVDF material from Germany, which has first-class wear and corrosion resistance. The ball inside is made of ceramic with a purity of 99.99%, which has better wear and corrosion resistance than its peers.
4: All non overflow intermediates of the diaphragm pump are made of PP material, which provides stronger protection for the gas valve part. The structure of the intermediates is an integrated structure with no leakage points, better sealing performance,and stronger corrosion resistance.
