We shall endeavor to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us and confirmation will be notified via email), usually within 60 days from the day after you place your order.

If we are unable to dispatch the goods within the specified time frame, we will update you via email and inform you of an estimated delivery date and you will be given the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Products will be packed according to customer’s requirement, such as PE bag, non-woven cloth bag, nylon bag, oxford bag and so on .

We offer Limited Lifetime Warrantly Program. We will replace the original retail purchaser’s rod at no charge, when the damage has occurred under normal fishing conditions. Rods damaged by accident or misusage are not covered under this Limited Lifetime Warrantly Program but may be repaired or replaced at a nominal fee.

You are required to take pictures and or videos of the damaged rod, accompanied by valid sales receipt with a brief descriptions of the difficulty that you are experiencing. Rods that are replaced under this Limited Lifetime Warrantly Program will be shipped to you with shipping charges covered by SHUNTAI.
