Product Description

DESCRIPTION

Black PTFE packing is woven from polytetrafluoroethylene wire containing graphite particles. It has strong tensile strength and high thermal conductivity, and its low friction coefficient makes it stable and long-lasting. It is recommended to be used for shaft sealing in industries such as food, medicine, papermaking, chemical fibers, and fine chemicals. It can also be used for sealing media such as water, steam, solvents, mixers, heat exchangers, and centrifugal pumps. Suitable for most media except for strongly oxidizing media. Black PTFE pan roots come in two types: high-strength and ordinary strength.

BASIC TYPES

2: white tetrafluorocarbon polytetrafluoroethylene made of pure fibers. Can be used in chemical industry, food, medicine,

3: oil-containing black PTFE packing is composed of graphite and anti-corrosion lubricant of PTFE woven. It has a strong tear strength and high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient and it has a stable and long life. Can be used for food,

4:Oil-free black teflon packing is woven from polytetrafluoroethylene threads containing graphite particles.

5:Cut Wire Teflon packing by the sintering and fully stretched strands of Teflon braided, and Teflon in the complete impregnation, in the weaving process again impregnated. With flexible features, dimensional stability, has a good compression, anti-extrusion and high structural strength and density. It is one of the best packing effect in industrial field. 6:Oiled white PTFE packing is woven from pure PTFE thread and treated with special lubricant silicone oil. It will not change the volume of the packing box when it is used for a long time with minimum pressure. Its low coefficient of friction prevents the shaft from heating even at high peripheral speeds. Suitable for high concentration and strong corrosion and oxidation of chemical products used in corrosion-resistant medium mechanical seal. Can be used with the food industry, medicine, paper, chemical fiber, fine chemicals, etc. do not allow pollution of the pump, valve, flange equipment.
