About the Material & Custom Solutions
The mainly production methods for Stainless is laser cutting, stamping, and casting.
Laser cutting is the most commonly used.
The finished product usually goes through the following two steps to complete the final product:
1. Polishing
1-1: Mirror Polish
By using abrasives and polishing tools, the surface of the object becomes very smooth and shinny, just like a mirror, but you may still see traces of polishing.
1-2: Brushed finsh
A textural effect created by creating tiny scratches on a metal surface.
2. Plating
The three most common plating processes in the stainless steel processing industry: vacuum plating, water plating, electrophoresis.
Vacuum plating (PVD plating)
Our stainless products generally use vacuum plating, although the price is more expensive than water plating, but the quality is the best.
