2. Input the length and thickness of the book blocks by touch screen,and change different size of books in seconds.

4. High speed optical fibre detect the position of the book blocks,autonomous control and running.
5. Provide Auto mode, manual mode and inching mode.
6. Double guide rails to convey the book blocks accurately and steadily.

10. According the length and thickness of the book block, PLC control system adjusts the casing-in position, glue position and dwell time automatically.
11. Running speed, mode switch (Auto/manual/inching) and quantitative water filling can be set by touch panel.
12. Optical fibre detects the book blocks, directive slide track and unique hard cover position mode ensure the machine stable and easy operation.
13.The base of the machine is equipped with high load bearing foot master casters, which is convenient to level adjusting, fixing and moving the machine.
