1. All consumables are new OEM or Compatible ?
We don't replace all consumables. Our technician will test the machine's condition by printing some pages and analyzing the printing results. We will keep the original part if it's working fine. If not, we will replace them by compatible type.
2. What payment type and delivery Terms do you accept?

3. What if I receive a damaged package?
When you receive the package, please check whether it is damaged in person. If there is damage, you can refuse to sign for it and get in touch with us right away.
4. What if there is a problem with the product I received?
If it's a copier, we'll arrange an online diagnosis to aid you in solving the issue.
If it is a consumable, we will arrange for you to return it.
