Jaw Crusher
Jaw crusher is a commonly used crushing equipment. It consists of two jaws, the movable jaw and the static jaw, which form a crushing chamber. It stimulates the movement of the two jaws of the animal to complete the material crushing operation. As a first-time crusher, it is mainly used to crush large ores or rocks into smaller sizes for further secondary or fine crushing.
Its working principle is based on the extrusion crushing mechanism. It mainly consists of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate, forming a “V” shaped crushing chamber between the two jaw plates. When working, the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, so that the movable jaw plate reciprocates under the action of the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw plate is close to the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed by crushing; when the movable jaw plate is far away from the fixed jaw plate, the crushed material falls down under the action of gravity, thus completing the crushing process. The process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required size and discharged through the discharge opening.
