A: Normal and stocked goods only one day, others custom sample need 2-7days. Sample fee is refundable when the bulk order meets our MOQ for new buyers.
2. Can you do the design for us ?
A: Our team has the expertise to provide the jewelry solution that specifically suits every customes’ requirement.
3. Can our logo or company name to be printed on the products or package ?
A: Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed o your products and package by printing or stickers.
4. How long is your production lead time ?
A: It depends on product and order QTY. Normally, it takes us 2-5 days for an order with MOQ QTY.
5. What is your payment term ?
A: Normally we accept payment term as paypal, trade assurance, western union, money gram or T/T 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% balance before shipment.
6. Which kinds of certificates do you have ?
A: Our product quality meet with Intertek, SGS. US market Comply with CA65 and REACH.
7. Feedback
A: If the item fails or is fauty within the warranty period, then contact us to arrange a replacement. We may not require the item to be returned but if we do then we will pay the return post cost .
